[Remote] Sales Lead – Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO)

Local World is seeking an experienced Sales Professional with expertise in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) and AI-led business transformation. The ideal candidate will drive sales for FAO services, articulate AI solutions, and build strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) services across P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A domains
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across US with a focus on mid-market and large enterprises
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives
- Position AI-powered bots, OCR, and straight-through processing solutions that reduce manual intervention in high-volume finance transactions (invoice processing, reconciliations, collections)
- Articulate the value of GenAI-enabled solutions such as AI-driven financial close, anomaly detection, predictive cash flow forecasting, and natural language query interfaces for finance teams
- Sell AI tools that enhance audit readiness, regulatory compliance (SOX, IFRS, GAAP), and real-time risk flagging across enterprise finance ecosystems
- Understand and position AI-enabled reporting, dashboards, and CFO-level insights as a managed service layer on top of core FAO delivery
- Help prospects assess their current finance operations maturity and co-create a phased AI transformation roadmap
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders — CFOs, Controllers, VP Finance, CPOs — at enterprise accounts
- Understand client pain points and propose customized FAO + AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes (cost reduction, cycle time, accuracy, compliance)
- Lead executive-level presentations and business case development that quantify the ROI of AI-led FAO transformation
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments including procurement, IT, finance, and legal
- Track market trends in FAO, intelligent automation, AI adoption in finance, and BPO/KPO competitive landscape
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive presentations with clear deal progression metrics
- Contribute to GTM strategy for AI-enhanced FAO solutions targeting new verticals and geographies
Skills
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in Sales or Business Development, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in FAO services
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (TCV $2M+ preferred) in BPO, KPO, or Finance Outsourcing
- Experience working with global enterprise clients in US, Europe, and/or APAC markets
- Background in IT services, BPO, consulting, or technology-led managed services organizations
- Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in finance: intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, NLP-based query tools, anomaly detection
- Familiarity with leading platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and AI/automation layers (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Copilot Studio)
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical finance stakeholders
- Understanding of GenAI trends in enterprise finance — including LLM-based copilots, AI-enabled reconciliation, and conversational finance analytics
- Prior experience selling AI-enhanced BPO or intelligent automation solutions to enterprise finance functions
- Understanding of finance transformation programs including ERP migrations, shared services setup, and GCC/GBS strategy
- Experience co-selling with technology platform partners (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) in a solutions ecosystem
- Familiarity with outcome-based and gain-sharing commercial models for managed services
- Strong network within the CFO/finance leadership community in target markets
