[Remote] Lead Cloud Solutions Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Humana Inc. is a leading U.S. healthcare company that provides insurance and healthcare services. They are seeking a Lead Cloud Solutions Engineer to support the development and execution of cloud implementation strategies primarily in Azure, while working on diverse problems and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance cloud systems.

Responsibilities

• Work in agile product development framework
• Implement organization's cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance, and support of cloud architecture
• Work with stakeholders across organization to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based products/services, applications and solutions
• Drive the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluates its performance and implements enhancements
• Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and work under minimal supervision
• Mentor and coach developers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
• 2 or more years of technical leadership experience
• Strong experience building scalable data platforms and data engineering
• In-depth experience with Azure cloud services
• Strong experience and knowledge with infrastructure and security as code
• Good in communication, ownership, collaboration, and partnership building
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• 1 or more professional Azure/GCP/AWS certifications
• Experience with Databricks
• Experience with AI/ML
