[Remote] Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative who will assist customers with healthcare benefits, manage calls, and provide exceptional service while navigating multiple systems. This role offers growth opportunities within the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions
- Answer calls regarding healthcare benefits
- Assist members with enrollment into the Medicare plan, disenrolling them from their plan, processing claims regarding their plan
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems
Skills
- Must be fluent in English & Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test
- Keyboarding and software proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
- Successful completion of background check is required for this position
- Must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed
- Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet
- Must have a quiet, distraction free workspace
