They are seeking a Billing & Operations Executive Assistant to support a dynamic legal team in the Commercial & Corporate practice area, focusing on billing coordination, client onboarding, and document drafting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate billing and prepare invoices
- Calculate referral fees for external attorneys
- Assist with payroll and payment tracking
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Open matters in Clio CRM
- Learn and assist with paralegal tasks as needed
- Track billable hours and calculate payments
- Manage email communications
- Draft basic legal and administrative documents
- Support client onboarding processes
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role
- Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken)
- Kind, collaborative, and personable
