[Remote] Senior Director, Access Strategy & Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The Senior Director of Access Strategy & Marketing will lead access strategy and marketing for the company's NSCLC portfolio, while managing a team of Access Marketers and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure successful product launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and align with cross-functional partners on the three-year access strategy across RevMed’s NSCLC portfolio
- Lead and coach team of Access Marketers
- Coordinate launch readiness efforts across Market Access team and represent Market Access in senior-level forums (i.e., cross-functional launch planning, labelling team, etc)
- Lead the creation of value proposition messaging and materials tailored for payers, PBMs, IDNs, GPOs, channel partners, and other key managed care decision-makers
- Develop strong relationship with Medical Affairs to inform data strategy and evidence generation plan
- Partner with national account field team to inform strategy and materials development
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Regulatory and Compliance to ensure all materials support brand goals and follow compliance guidelines
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of experience in managed care strategy and marketing
- Experience in new product launches, including both high level strategy development and tactical execution
- Strong understanding of access landscape across all market access stakeholders
- Prior experience with developing co-positioning strategy across multiple assets and identifying portfolio tradeoffs
- Track record of being an inspiring leader and coach
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines
- Ability to represent Revolution Medicines well: strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- 15+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Managed Care
- Oral Oncolytic product experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of US public policy and reimbursement dynamics
- Prior experience working with lifecycle and regulatory teams
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
