[Remote] Senior Marketing Coordinator

Pavago is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations and executive coordination. The role involves managing CRM workflows, content coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day executive operations, scheduling, and administrative coordination
- Manage calendars, communication workflows, and task follow-through
- Maintain organized project tracking sheets and operational systems
- Proactively identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, or missed follow-ups
- Help leadership stay organized, prioritized, and execution-focused
- Create, design, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms
- Manage social media engagement, direct messages, comments, and audience interaction
- Track engagement metrics and maintain organized reporting dashboards
- Support advertising campaign setup and marketing execution for events or programs
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and communication channels
- Edit and produce short-form videos, graphics, and branded content assets
- Organize and format program materials including guides, scripts, worksheets, and digital resources
- Support webinar, program, or membership coordination as needed
- Ensure content assets remain organized, updated, and easy to access
- Build and manage email workflows using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- Execute outreach campaigns, nurture sequences, and participant follow-ups
- Maintain clean CRM records, pipeline tracking, and lead organization
- Ensure no lead, participant, or customer communication falls through the cracks
- Conduct research to build Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and prospect lists
- Support outbound lead generation and outreach initiatives
- Assist with minor website updates, account setup tasks, and platform coordination
- Compile reports and insights to support leadership decision-making
- Maintain professional written communication across email, Slack, and client interactions
- Manage inbox organization and prioritize urgent communication appropriately
- Keep shared folders, documentation, and digital systems structured and organized
Skills
- Experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, or digital marketing support roles
- Experience supporting founders, coaches, consultants, or entrepreneurial businesses preferred
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools (Veed, OpusClips, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram management
- Excellent written English communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and execution ability
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in remote environments
- Strong follow-through and operational discipline
- Experience with lead generation or outbound prospect research
- Familiarity with webinar, coaching, or membership-based businesses
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
- Basic understanding of paid advertising and campaign coordination
- Experience supporting personal brands or founder-led businesses
