[Remote] Commercial AI Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vida Health is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider that uses evidence-based treatment to help patients manage obesity and related conditions. The Commercial AI Administrator will support Sales, Sales Operations, Proposals, and Marketing by managing and optimizing a commercial content ecosystem designed for both human and AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the commercial content repository — including qualitative and quantitative information — to ensure accurate, reliable sourcing across AI and productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Slack)
- Partner with the Proposal team to keep the proposal library, third-party databases, and internal Sales & Marketing resources current and optimized for use in RFP and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Gemini, Claude)
- Translate SME input into polished, structured content ready for use across commercial and AI-enabled workflows
- Serve as an internal resource on AI-optimized content design, helping teams create materials that can be accurately interpreted and extracted by AI tools
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or commercial related role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of organization and accuracy
- Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate clearly across stakeholder groups
- Proficiency with Google Suite; comfortable working in a Mac environment
- Comfortable working with and optimizing AI-assisted tools; prior experience with Claude and Gemini preferred
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change; startup or early-stage company experience a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels
- Familiarity with the tools, cadence, and priorities of a Commercial, Growth, or Sales organization
