[Remote] Project Manager, Exterior Signage
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stratus is a market leader in brand implementation and maintenance, transforming how national brands connect with their customers through signage solutions. The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of signage and brand implementation projects, ensuring they are executed on-time and within budget while coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from award through closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Translate customer requirements into executable project plans and timelines
- Partner cross functionally with Design, Engineering, Permitting, Manufacturing, Production Control, Field Services, and Finance to deliver seamless execution
- Source, coordinate, and manage installers and subcontractors while negotiating competitive pricing and ensuring quality standards
- Proactively identify risks and constraints, implementing mitigation plans to protect delivery and profitability
- Maintain accurate project data, forecasts, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership on project status, risks, and milestones
- Drive projects to completion with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Experience managing projects in construction, signage, manufacturing, or multi-site programs
Skills
- Ideal Candidate will have previous experience in the Signage Industry

- Effective at working across teams and coordinating with both internal and external partners
- Solid financial and budget management skills
- Experience working in fast-moving, operational environments
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred, but not required
