Dice is seeking a Senior Security Engineer embedded in a Platform Engineering group for a remote role with quarterly travel to a west coast client site. The role involves automation development and security policy codification, requiring hands-on experience with security technologies and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with NGFW, SASE/SSE, or EDR configuration ownership, not exposure
- Security automation development scripting, IaC, DevSecOps workflow integration
- Platform engineering or DevSecOps delivery environment background
- Strong communicator who can translate security governance directives into technical implementations
- West coast travel acceptance required (kickoff + quarterly)
