[Remote] Licensed Inside Sales Representative, Inbound Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to join their Licensed Inside Sales Representative team. This role involves handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and warm leads
- Consulting with customers on their insurance needs
- Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
Skills
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
