[Remote] Project Manager (Oracle Financials & Pharma)

NTT DATA is a leader in IT and business services, and they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in Oracle Financials within the pharmaceutical domain. The role involves managing enterprise-scale implementations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams including finance, IT, regulatory, and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, including GxP and other regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports
- Drive stakeholder communication at all levels, including senior leadership
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of projects
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to internal governance frameworks
- Support change management and user adoption strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 10 years of project management experience
- 5 years of proven experience in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM modules preferred)
- 5 years of strong experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- 5 years of hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GxP
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials
- Familiarity with validation processes (CSV – Computer System Validation)
- Experience working in global, multi-cultural environments
