[Remote] RVP, Sales - East
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ambient.ai is the category creator and leader in Agentic Physical Security. They are seeking an RVP of Sales – East to lead revenue growth across all channels in the East Coast region, managing a team of Regional Sales Managers and developing enterprise sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving revenue growth across all revenue channels for Ambient throughout the East Coast region
- Coach sales team on the company-adopted sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Command of the Message) to ensure value is experienced quickly by prospects and customers
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
- Set clear sales targets and objectives, and continually assess and adjust the strategy as needed to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Responsible for recruitment and hiring top enterprise sales talent
- Delivers timely and accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the physical security industry
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams; hiring and training talent at scale
- Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
- Success in small/fast-growing company environments
- Understands record keeping, sales process, and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, etc)
- Driven and loves to win
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the physical security industry
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel
