[Remote] Research Consultant

They are seeking a proactive Research Consultant to identify top talent through market research and talent mapping, while collaborating with recruiting and account management teams to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for clients across a vast array of industries and positions
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop a prospective candidate pool that meet the defined search criteria
• Built rapport with internal and external stakeholders to better define search criteria
• Utilize Boolean search strings to identify prospective talent across a variety of internal and external databases
• Lead research-based projects on competitor analysis such as salary studies and location-based information
• Write and manage external, discrete job postings
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills and abilities and match as best fit for the open roles
• Provide sourcing reports to both internal and external teams as requested
• Promote company reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
• Reach key metrics based on volume of candidates sourced, interviews booked and placements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong internal customer relationship and external customer service skills
• Experience with MS Office suite of products
• Robust organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively over remote platforms including phone and video
• Proactive in problem-solving with a can-do attitude
• Active listening skills to best understand our clients' needs
