[Remote] Human Resources Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amphenol High Speed Products Group is a market leader in high speed electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to provide HR support, manage employee documentation, and coordinate onboarding and engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support across areas including HRIS data entry, compliance administration, reporting, immigration coordination, and employee document management
- Prepare and process employee documentation including hire sheets, Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), employee notices, organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Support the preparation, tracking, and coordination of employment-based immigration cases under the guidance of the HR Manager and external legal counsel
- Generate HR reports and assist with compliance-related initiatives including ISO documentation, KPI tracking, audits, and record retention requirements
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment documentation, I-9 verification, orientation scheduling, and first-day employee experience initiatives
- Support employee engagement programs, recognition activities, wellness initiatives, and other HR-related events within the facility
- Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees and visitors, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and managing travel schedules and related documentation
- Plan, organize, and support company meetings, training sessions, recruiting events, employee appreciation activities, and other corporate events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, catering, logistics, and communication
- Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, conference room bookings, and coordination of internal and external appointments related to HR and company activities
- Serve as a resourceful problem-solver who can adapt to changing priorities, handle sensitive information with professionalism, and maintain a strong customer-service focus
- Assist with special Human Resources projects, process improvements, and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience, with prior experience working on immigration cases preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information, manage competing priorities and show a strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving, communication and organization skills
- Intermediate proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in interactions with employees and managers
- Prior experience working on immigration cases
