[Remote] Digital Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is an ecommerce client seeking a Digital Product Manager to enhance the customer experience and lead a high-performing team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions, prioritize product backlogs, and communicate product strategy effectively.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, Design, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to identify project opportunities, design, and document requirements
- Design tailored solutions that address complex business needs, utilizing tools like Shopify, Shopify apps, ERPs, CRMs, and LLMs to enhance operational efficiency and build front-end features
- Implement and use data to analyze and understand business needs, determining the best priority for the product backlog based on data-centric justification
- Drive delivery of valuable, usable, and feasible solutions, including third-party solutions
- Communicate proactively, clearly, and completely with team members, cross-functional teams, strategic partners, and all levels of leadership on product delivery requirements, statuses, impediments, roadmap information, and performance data
- Gather requirements, elicit information on technical challenges, and describe current and future functionality in partnership with the development team
- Write requirements and prioritize the backlog based on product strategy and vision
- Support cross-functional groups with product launch activities including UAT, product demos, training, and support processes
- Deploy test-and-learn strategies to determine business value and inform future strategy
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, deliverables, and performance to stakeholders
- Lead KPI definition and help teams manage reporting data and next steps
Skills
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 to 10+ years of professional experience in Product Management or Product Development
- 5+ years of collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of ecommerce (Shopify preferred)
- Experience with A/B testing ideation and analysis
- Deep experience reporting data and gathering insights
- Proven ability to lead technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate ideas with internal and external partners
- Professional Agile experience, including requirement documentation and backlog prioritization and management
- Excellent professional communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and highly organized, with a focus on execution, problem solving, and process improvement
- Exceptional time management skills and accountability
- Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality
