[Remote] Director of Product Management

Laboratorios Yealdi Pharma is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead product strategy and development initiatives. The role involves defining product vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the organization’s product strategy and roadmap
- Define product vision, priorities, and long-term objectives aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify product opportunities
- Establish product management processes, frameworks, and best practices
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and organizational objectives
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
- Partner with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Develop business cases, product requirements, and strategic recommendations for leadership review
- Build and mentor high-performing product management teams
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business operations, technology, or related leadership roles
- Proven experience leading product development initiatives within complex and fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, customer experience, and business strategy
- Experience developing and executing product roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to balance strategic product planning with execution and operational priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
