[Remote] Radiology Technologist - Account Manager (Diagnostic Imaging Equipment/Service/Parts/Supplies)

MXR Imaging, Inc. is one of the largest independent providers of diagnostic imaging equipment sales, service, training, parts, and supplies in the nation. They are seeking a Radiology Technologist - Account Manager to manage and expand an assigned territory by strengthening existing relationships and delivering solutions-based support across imaging equipment and services.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the current customer base
- Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Leading post-sale support and issue resolution
- Acting as the customer voice internally
- Selling new X-ray service contracts and supporting renewals
- Growing medical supplies sales
- Selling ultrasound equipment/parts/probes
- Coordinating with service, manufacturers, and sales leaders
- Preparing weekly activity/market reports
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
Skills
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T., CT, or MR)
- 3–5 years of sales and/or radiology equipment technical experience
- Knowledge of B2B imaging solutions and service contracts; executive-level communication
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
