They are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Submit a candidate's profile
- Handle all aspects of the recruitment and selection process
- Partner with hiring managers to determine specific hiring needs
- Identify the most appropriate recruiting method(s) to attract the highest-quality candidates
- Ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters are established prior to posting positions
- Utilize an applicant tracking system to review, analyze and assess information provided by applicants
- Conduct interviews and forward viable candidates to hiring managers
- Establish and handle interview schedules
- Extend the job offer and close out the position in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions
- Build a pipeline of quality talent through various methods
- Cultivating relationships with quality candidates
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experience
- One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years preferred recruiting experience
- 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
- One (1) year of high-volume recruiting. Healthcare a plus!
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
