[Remote] Director of Enrollment and Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. American Heritage Worldwide is a global K-8 campus dedicated to providing high-quality, spiritually anchored education. They are seeking a Director of Enrollment & Marketing to oversee the entire enrollment process, from lead generation to retention, while also managing marketing and communications efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual enrollment plans with clear growth targets
- Monitor pipeline performance and key conversion metrics
- Build forecasting models and conduct weekly enrollment reviews
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across the funnel
- Own day-to-day enrollment operations and serve as the connective tissue between enrollment, marketing, and organizational leadership
- Develop lead generation strategies across multiple channels
- Manage digital advertising efforts and evaluate campaign ROI
- Oversee website conversion optimization
- Execute marketing initiatives directly, with the ability to build out vendor and contractor relationships as the organization grows
- Oversee social media presence and content strategy across platforms
- Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with enrollment goals
- Develop and execute enrollment campaigns including promotional offers, free trials, and seasonal initiatives
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all family-facing communications
- Own and continuously improve CRM and related systems
- Oversee lead routing, automated nurture campaigns, and follow-up processes
- Own outbound calling strategy including scripting, list management, segment prioritization, and follow-up cadences
- Coordinate outbound calling execution with enrollment team members
- Maintain enrollment dashboards and reporting
- Establish and monitor enrollment KPIs
- Design and improve the consultation process for prospective families; conduct consultations directly as needed
- Support and coordinate with existing enrollment staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality family experience
- Develop systems and staff knowledge for school-choice funding guidance (including state scholarship and ESA/EFA programs) as a key enrollment driver
- Increase application completion and enrollment conversion rates
- Develop re-enrollment and retention strategies to support long-term family engagement
- Manage team members and coordinate enrollment and marketing execution
- Establish accountability systems and a culture of responsiveness and execution
- Actively build relationships in the homeschool and faith-based education community; attend relevant events and conferences as appropriate
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in enrollment, admissions, sales, marketing, or customer acquisition leadership
- Demonstrated success driving measurable growth outcomes
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Background in private school admissions, K-12 education, or EdTech/educational services
- Familiarity with homeschool, private school, or school-choice markets
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Commitment to faith-based education and family-centered learning
