Principal Consulting Group is a fast-growing advisory firm specializing in technical accounting, finance transformation, and NetSuite consulting for startups and mid-market companies. They are seeking an ERP Consulting Manager to lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations and serve as a trusted advisor on optimization initiatives and ongoing support projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations from business process design and configuration through deployment and post-go-live support
- Serve as a trusted advisor on NetSuite optimization initiatives, fractional administration engagements, and ongoing support projects
- Design scalable solutions that improve business processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of ERP consulting, NetSuite implementation, or finance systems transformation experience, including leadership of full-cycle NetSuite project
- Deep NetSuite expertise in one or more specialized areas, such as ARM, Manufacturing, SuiteBilling, ZoneBilling, Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, or Consolidations
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge, including US GAAP and ASC 606, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Proven project leadership experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, timelines, and client deliverables in fast-paced environments
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and drive initiatives to completion
- NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteFoundation) and/or CPA/CA designation
- Experience with enterprise systems and integrations, including Salesforce, Zuora, RevPro, SAP, Oracle, Workato, or similar platforms
- Exposure to SuiteScript, NetSuite customizations, and Big 4 consulting or advisory environments
