[Remote] Cyber Crime Prevent Consult

They are seeking a Cyber Crime Prevention Consultant to drive the development and implementation of advanced authentication and cyber-crime prevention technologies, while ensuring alignment with Aflac's core business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive development and implementation of leading-edge authentication and cyber-crime prevention technologies at Aflac
- Perform operational alerting, detection, mitigation, review and escalation of Account Takeover (ATO) events
- Ensure technology is aligned to support Aflac core business goals and objectives
- Work with business partners to ensure capability and strategic alignment
- Understand business objectives and plans of Aflac and ensure Cyber Crime technology direction will support
- Identify, interpret, and communicate Cyber Crime issues related to Aflac internal business Partners
- Support an integrated approach to Cyber Crime Prevention that aligns with Global Security and industry groups
- Performs other related duties as required
Skills
- The ability to interface across the organization with other teams throughout Aflac such as system operations, infrastructure, security personnel, etc
- Proven ability to assess risks and controls and to identify solutions to reduce risk
- Hands-on experience with security controls, focusing on client-side security, risk and account takeover detection controls
- A working knowledge of coding, development, implementation and engineering concepts
- Demonstrated initiative and commitment for results and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple initiatives
- Solid knowledge of authentication and digital tools in the financial and insurance space
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively
- Ability to articulate security concepts to business users
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems information security or related field
- Six or more years of cyber security experience
- Deep Experience in Financial Services or Insurance industry
- Working knowledge of information security related laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, HIPAA, and PCI DSS)
- Certifications in Current designation and maintenance or willingness to obtain a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or similar certifications
