  • About the Opportunity:

The Global HRIS Manager is the strategic lead for the Dayforce HR platform, responsible for aligning HR technology with business needs. This role drives the system roadmap, ensures stable and optimized platform performance, and leads HRIS initiatives from planning through delivery. By partnering with multiple HR and business teams, the position ensures Dayforce is a strategic asset that supports operational effectiveness and scalability.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Product Owner and Business Owner for Dayforce
  • Define and maintain the Dayforce roadmap aligned with HR, Payroll, and business priorities
  • Balance operational needs with long-term optimization and scalability
  • Act as project manager for HRIS initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks, and delivery
  • Coordinate across HR Services, Payroll, HR Business Partners, IT, and vendors
  • Ensure commitments are realistic, communicated, and met
  • Collaborate with central Project Management on enterprise initiatives while managing Dayforce scope
  • Partner with HR Services to drive continuous improvement and prioritize business needs
  • Translate business requirements into system design and configuration decisions
  • Establish and enforce governance for system configuration, enhancements, and releases
  • Lead testing and release readiness for Dayforce updates and patches
  • Identify and mitigate payroll, compliance, and data integrity risks
  • Manage Dayforce vendor relationships and escalate critical issues
  • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders
  • Lead and support the Global HRIS Analyst with direction, coaching, and prioritization
  • Develop operating rhythms, documentation, standards, and repeatable processes
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience owning and managing an HRIS system
  • Subject matter expert in Dayforce with strong knowledge of HR Talent modules, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Reporting/Dashboard development
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce configuration and module implementation
  • Demonstrated global experience leading HRIS projects and system enhancements
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Leadership experience managing direct reports or leading technical teams
  • Willingness to travel 0 – 15% domestically or internationally

Preferred

  • Experience in payroll processing and compliance-sensitive environments
  • Familiarity with HRIS governance and release management
  • Experience working with HR Services, Payroll, and HR Operations teams
  • Pay Range and Compensation Package:
  • The starting salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 USD, subject to factors including geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
