A local Healthcare Finance company in the Beaverton area is looking for energetic, and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Reps to join their team. Job Description: • In this role you will handle both inbound and outbound phone calls to help patients using the program that helps manage peoples medical expenses. • You will serve as primary phone contact and handle all inbound calls from account holders, and potential account holders. • You will place outbound calls to account holders, which includes welcome calls to new account holders, calls on past due accounts, servicing calls to non-enrolled accounts, and special one-off campaigns to support our ongoing mission of patient advocacy. • You will leverage technology and industry best-practices to document call activity and engagements, escalate complaints, and help answer questions from patients using a proprietary CRM. Qualifications: • 1-2+ years of customer support/call center experience • Experience in a hospital and/or financial services environment, including knowledge of HIPAA and/or Financial Privacy requirements is preferred • Ability to type with speed and proficiency, computer literacy and attention to detail • Must be Bilingual in Spanish • *If Interested: Please apply and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
