Role Overview – Lead the Chat Product Suite to New Heights

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Chatbots & Live Chat Solutions to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our chat product portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will define vision, craft roadmaps, and guide cross‑functional teams through concept, development, launch, and iteration. Key Responsibilities

  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for chatbot adoption, engagement, resolution rates, and revenue impact. Leverage analytics dashboards, A/B testing, and user feedback loops to iterate quickly and improve product performance.
  • Go‑to‑Market Execution: Collaborate with the marketing and sales enablement teams to develop launch plans, positioning statements, and sales collateral. Drive product adoption through webinars, demos, and customer success stories.

Essential Qualifications
