Senior Data Scientist – Remote Analytics, Growth & Operations Insights for arenaflex
Why This Role Matters at arenaflex
arenaflex is a fast‑growing technology‑driven logistics platform that empowers local economies by connecting consumers, merchants, and delivery partners through a seamless digital experience. As the company expands beyond food delivery into a broader marketplace for goods and services, the need for data‑driven decision making has never been more critical. Our Analytics team sits at the heart of this transformation, turning raw data into strategic insights that shape product roadmaps, operational efficiency, and long‑term growth.

- Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or Chartio) that surface key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior leadership.
- Develop robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, or R, ensuring data quality, consistency, and scalability across multiple data sources.
- Identify high‑leverage levers that can move critical metrics such as order volume, delivery efficiency, customer acquisition cost, and churn.
- Document analytical processes, share insights through written reports and presentations, and champion data literacy across the organization.
- Partner with engineering teams to implement logging, instrumentation, and feature flags that enable continuous experimentation.
