Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

arenaflex is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and empathetic individual to join our Customer Experience Team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering world‑class support to pet parents across multiple channels—phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and product questions through phone, email, and chat.

  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose issues, troubleshoot order‑related problems, and resolve disputes with professionalism, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and arenaflex.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and tracking, while accurately documenting interactions in our CRM system.
