Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, utilizing evidence-based methods and therapeutic techniques.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing solution-focused approaches to facilitate effective progress.
• Utilize teletherapy for virtual sessions, ensuring that you remain engaged and present while adhering to best practices in remote therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating quick thinking and empathy to support clients in distress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest mental health research, interventions, and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus As a Mental Health Therapist at Harmony Haven, you will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds, allowing you to apply your skills to a wide array of challenges while fostering an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster therapeutic rapport.
• Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients and their experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage client caseload effectively while adhering to ethical and legal considerations.
• No history of disciplinary actions on any licensure board.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary within the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
