Key Responsibilities

  • Document Review & Filing: Accurately review, verify, and upload legal documents—including contracts, pleadings, motions, and exhibits—into arenaflex’s secure online filing system.
  • System Navigation: Utilize internal case management tools, email platforms, and proprietary e‑filing software to ensure each document is correctly categorized and linked to the appropriate case file.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct meticulous checks for completeness, proper formatting, and compliance with jurisdiction‑specific filing rules before final submission.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, research, and resolve any inconsistencies or missing information, collaborating with the e‑Fulfilment team and client contacts as needed.

Essential Qualifications
