We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting, organizing, and managing data from our clients' facility portals into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Daily data input accurately and efficiently into computer systems or databases

• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
• Organize and maintain data files and records electronically and in hard copy
• Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
• Sort, compile, and process data to generate reports, charts, and other documents
• Retrieve and extract data from various sources or documents as required
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and confidentiality
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity at all times
• Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet productivity goals
• *Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
