• + Answer customer calls during designated hours (Monday through Friday, 6:45-8:45 PST)
- + Utilize a provided script to screen calls and gather necessary information
- + Relay information to the office in a timely and efficient manner
- + Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Marketing:**
• + Handle all marketing mailers and emailers to past, current, and potential customers
- + Develop and maintain relationships with multiple team members and stakeholders
