Position Overview

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance with reservations, flight information, baggage concerns, refunds, and general inquiries. Working from a home office, you will handle a high volume of customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your mission will be to resolve issues efficiently, deliver accurate information, and leave every passenger feeling heard, valued, and confident in their travel plans with arenaflex and our airline partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and chat platforms.
  • Assist passengers with booking new reservations, modifying existing itineraries, and processing cancellations with accuracy and empathy.
  • Provide real-time information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, delays, cancellations, and rebooking options.
  • Address baggage-related concerns, including tracking lost or delayed luggage, initiating claims, and coordinating recovery efforts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, exercising sound judgment to determine when issues should be escalated to senior specialists or partner airlines.
  • Process refunds, travel credits, and compensation claims in accordance with company policy and airline partner guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions within internal CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as Operations, Billing, and Quality Assurance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed on airline policies, promotions, and industry updates to provide the most accurate guidance possible.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.

Working Schedule and Environment

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexible shift options are available to support work-life balance. As a remote team member of arenaflex, you will need a quiet, distraction-free home office space, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a dependable computer setup. arenaflex provides the tools, training, and ongoing support you need to succeed in a virtual environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must reside within the United States and be authorized to work in the country.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
  • Proven ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where resilience and adaptability are key.
  • Proficiency with computers, web-based applications, and standard office software.
  • Access to a quiet, professional home workspace free from interruptions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download speed recommended).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience in a call center, hospitality, retail, or airline environment.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms.
  • Experience handling escalated customer concerns or de-escalating tense interactions.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a strong plus.
