Position Overview – Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support Specialist to become the first point of contact for our valued customers in the vibrant Long Beach region. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media, delivering accurate information and personalized assistance.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of customer concerns, from order status questions to technical difficulties, while adhering to established escalation protocols when necessary.
  • Documentation & Data Integrity: Accurately log all customer interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system, ensuring data consistency and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Product Knowledge Maintenance: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest arenaflex product releases, policy updates, and promotional campaigns to provide informed guidance.
  • Process Improvement Collaboration: Share recurring pain points and customer feedback with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and self‑service resources.
  • Performance Metrics Monitoring: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑contact resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in communication, business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in a customer support, call‑center, or client‑service role.
