Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of incoming data sets, flagging inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing fields for corrective action.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive content metadata, user information, and internal reports in accordance with data protection policies.
  • Execute scheduled data backups and verify integrity of backup files to safeguard against loss or corruption.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Content Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to align data standards and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or custom reporting tools, delivering insights to stakeholders on data quality trends.
  • Document data entry procedures, create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Information Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
