Job Title: Oracle Project Manager (Oracle EBS & Cloud)

• Location: Remote (Preferred Eastern or Central Time Zone)
• Travel: Occasional travel to East Coast client sites (up to 25%)

Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Project Manager to lead our high-priority Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives. In this role, you will spearhead complex implementations, upgrades, and cloud migration projects. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle ERP programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As our Oracle Project Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic execution and daily governance of our ERP roadmap:

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP projects from inception through deployment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Project Governance: Manage project scope, detailed timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Maintain rigorous status reporting and swift issue resolution.
• Cloud Transformation: Oversee critical Oracle Cloud migration initiatives, transitioning legacy frameworks to modern cloud environments.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical teams to align project goals with business outcomes.
• Vendor & Team Coordination: Manage and collaborate with implementation partners, third-party vendors, and internal cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of dedicated Project Management experience.
• 5+ years specifically managing complex Oracle EBS projects.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementation or migration projects.
• Deep understanding of ERP project delivery methodologies and lifecycles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong track record managing cross-functional, remote, and distributed teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2.
• Functional/technical exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP Modules (Financials, SCM, Procurement, or HCM).
• Direct experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migration projects.
• PMP Certification is highly desirable.
• Background working within a consulting or system integrator environment.

Nice to Have:

• Active Oracle Cloud Certifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in an ERP context.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide ERP transformation programs.
