Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑ and post‑analysis of client programs, major initiatives, new product launches, and functional changes, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B testing and other experimental frameworks to evaluate pilot campaigns and recommend data‑backed improvements.
• Maintain and enhance business‑critical tools such as Business Process Management (BPM) systems and workflow models to reflect evolving business needs.
• Identify data anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies; develop corrective action plans and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively mine data for patterns and trends that reveal hidden opportunities or risks, presenting insights in clear, executive‑ready formats.

Essential Qualifications
