[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Insurance Platform

They are seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of their insurance platform's integration strategy and technical product initiatives, focusing on building a scalable insurance platform that powers all product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for our insurance platform's integration infrastructure and partner ecosystem
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches
- Lead the development of integration frameworks that enable seamless connections with clearinghouses, payers, and other 3rd party solutions
- Define and maintain API standards, documentation, and integration patterns
- Understand the partnership landscape and lead build/ buy decisions along with other internal teams
- Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure integration success, platform stability, and business performance
- Manage technical debt and platform scalability considerations
Skills
- 5+ years of product management, technical program management, or product owner experience, with at least 3 years focusing on technical products or platform development
- Strong background in API development, systems integration, and platform architecture
- Deep understanding of REST APIs and willingness to learn technologies specific to the insurance ecosystem
- Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders
- Experience managing external vendors
- Technical writing and documentation expertise
- Project management and organization
- Experience working with insurance clearinghouses or insurance technology
