Remote Full-Time Bookkeeper | Work From Home
Position: Bookkeeper Salary: (40,000 to )50,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Benefits: 8 Paid Holidays, Training & Development, Work From Home We are in search of a meticulous and well-organized Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be entrusted with maintaining precise financial records, generating reports, and reconciling bank statements. Utilizing both QuickBooks Online and Desktop, you will handle essential financial transactions, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess a keen interest in numbers and a solid foundation in accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
Offer accounting and clerical support to the accounting team Diligently prepare, maintain, and organize accounting documents and records Execute bank deposits, general ledger entries, and financial statements Reconcile accounts promptly Input crucial financial data into a database on a daily basis Assist colleagues with accounting-related inquiries and tasks Investigate, resolve, and monitor accounting discrepancies and issues Produce reports and summaries for management regarding financial activities Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and regulations in all tasks Continuously enhance knowledge of accounting best practices Required Skills Prior accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Understanding of bookkeeping and fundamental accounting principles Proficient in MS Office, databases, and QuickBooks Online Practical experience with financial reports and spreadsheets Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities Competence in data entry and word processing
Qualifications
