Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from scanned images into the QuickClaim system, adhering to established workflow standards.
  • Identify and classify document types (e.g., invoices, medical records, claim forms) based on detailed guidelines provided by the team.
  • Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure it meets arenaflex’s high‑precision standards before final submission.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s internal data‑security policies.
  • Collaborate with fellow specialists, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams to resolve ambiguities and improve data‑entry processes.
  • Proactively suggest workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, or tool improvements that could increase accuracy or speed.
  • Complete all assigned tasks within each shift, ensuring that daily productivity targets are met before clocking out.
  • Assist with additional office duties such as document filing, basic reporting, and occasional training of new hires, as needed.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $12 per hour, with performance‑based incentives available for high‑accuracy work.
  • Employment Types: Both full‑time (preferred) and part‑time positions are open.

  • Shift Availability: Shifts run between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, allowing you to choose the hours that best fit your lifestyle.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Minimum 50 WPM with 95 % accuracy; 4,500 KPH with 95 % accuracy.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and data‑entry tools.
  • Ability to navigate image‑based document viewers and extract relevant information efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of documents without losing track of priorities.
