Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, entry‑level External Support Engineer to join our remote support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between external content creation teams and the internal tools engineering group. You will help creators adopt, troubleshoot, and maximize the value of arenaflex’s proprietary content tools, ensuring a seamless production pipeline from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Assistance: Provide first‑line technical support to external content teams using arenaflex’s suite of content creation tools, diagnosing issues, and delivering timely resolutions.
