Key Responsibilities

  • High‑Volume Data Entry: Accurately input and validate data at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute, maintaining a focus on precision and consistency.
  • Bilingual Communication: Leverage strong English language skills and, when possible, Spanish proficiency to assist a diverse user base, translating technical instructions and providing clear guidance.
  • Application Administration: Perform entry‑level administrative tasks within the new arenaflex platform, including user creation, organization setup, and permission management.
  • Tool Development Support: Collaborate with the development team on the arenaflex migration project, helping to build, test, and refine tools that automate the transfer of organizations, accounts, users, and select order components.
  • Tier‑1 Helpdesk Assistance: Provide first‑line support, triaging tickets, diagnosing basic issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of migration activities, document procedures, and generate status reports for project stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Work closely with end‑users to set up credentials, answer questions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience, minimizing downtime for healthcare providers.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Adapt to rotating shift patterns (8 AM–5 PM, 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, or 11 AM–8 PM EST) to align with divisional support needs and global client time zones.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration, data management, or related fields are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including formulas, data sorting, and basic macro usage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a Tier‑1 helpdesk or customer support role, preferably within a SaaS or health‑tech environment.
