Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Capture: Enter work‑order, invoice, and related financial data into arenaflex’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Invoice Auditing & Discrepancy Resolution: Review incoming invoices, compare them against contracts and purchase orders, identify variances, and work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Cost‑Saving Tracking: Monitor and document cost‑saving opportunities identified through data analysis, supporting the creation of quarterly and annual financial performance reports.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding with a minimum typing speed of 70 WPM and a sustained accuracy rate of 98 % or higher.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience using cloud‑based CRM or ERP platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is a distinct advantage.
