As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that guides small‑business owners through the process of obtaining commercial insurance quotes. You will work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, handling inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling) while delivering a seamless, supportive experience that reflects arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a large volume of inbound and outbound calls from small‑business owners seeking commercial insurance information and quotes.
  • Follow approved communication scripts, while leveraging product knowledge to deviate when necessary to address unique customer needs.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships by going above and beyond, ensuring every question, cancellation, or confirmation is handled with professionalism and care.
  • Achieve daily qualitative and quantitative targets, meeting service, productivity, and quality standards set by arenaxflex leadership.
  • Accurately capture call details in the CRM system, maintaining data integrity and ensuring follow‑up actions are completed promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including underwriting, sales, and product specialists—to resolve complex inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through on‑the‑job training, webinars, and self‑directed learning.
  • Provide feedback on script effectiveness and suggest enhancements based on real‑world interactions.

Equipment Requirements

  • Must have an arenaflex desktop/laptop or arenaflex device (Chromebook compatible).
  • High‑speed internet connection with reliable bandwidth.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
  • Processor: arenaflex i5 8th Generation, arenaflex Celeron N4500, or arenaflex Ryzen 5 series or newer.
  • Operating System: arenaflex 11 or newer (Big Sur 11, Monterey 12, Ventura 13, & Sonoma 14).
  • CPU & RAM usage: less than 80% during work hours.
  • Physical memory: minimum 8 GB RAM.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing customer support in a call‑center environment.
  • At least 2 years of remote work experience, demonstrating self‑discipline and reliable performance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in arenaflex Workplace (formerly G Suite), arenaflex Chrome, and CRM software.
  • Excellent typing and data‑entry speed with high accuracy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone voice.
  • Active listening, empathy, and the ability to de‑escalate challenging situations.
  • Strong time‑management and decision‑making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, enabling you to serve a broader customer base.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with sales‑oriented call handling and lead qualification techniques.
