Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely verbal and written support to external customers, internal callers, and sales team members.

  • Maintain accurate records of all communications in the Customer Contact Tool and Salesforce Management Dashboard.

Order Management & Processing

  • Enter, verify, and process a wide variety of orders—both electronic and manual—using the arenaflex Order Entry System (CCS) and related platforms.
  • Generate and review Holds Reports, resolve hold issues, and update the Holds Worker Console to keep order flow uninterrupted.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Team to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery expectations, ensuring alignment with client contracts.

Account Maintenance & Sales Support

  • Maintain up‑to‑date account information, including contact details, purchase histories, and contractual terms.
  • Assist the Corporate Sales Team with sales support tasks such as preparing sales proposals, updating dashboards, and providing market insights.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling based on client needs and product knowledge, and communicate these opportunities to the sales leadership.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with fellow associates, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams to share best practices, troubleshoot complex issues, and streamline processes.
  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to stay aligned with arenaflex’s strategic goals.
