Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing Managed Care support team in a fully remote capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned customer service professional who is passionate about healthcare, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service to pharmacy members across the country.

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between arenaflex and our valued Health Mart Atlas pharmacy members, providing expert guidance, resolving complex inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of service our members have come to expect. If you want to be part of tomorrow's healthcare today, arenaflex wants to hear from you.

Work Schedule and Location

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery. Standard hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time (CT), providing consistent daytime scheduling while allowing flexibility in your daily routine.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Health Mart Atlas pharmacy members through multiple communication channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound Call and Email Support: Answering incoming calls and email requests from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding a wide range of Managed Care needs, including adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement inquiries. Each interaction requires a thoughtful, accurate, and timely response.
  • Issue Resolution and Triage: Providing immediate answers when possible, conducting thorough research within internal systems when needed, and triaging complex issues to appropriate departments, particularly those involving PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) contracts or payment matters.
  • Outbound Communication: Making proactive outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails left for the department, and participate in strategic call campaigns designed to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.
  • Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintaining detailed and accurate call notes for all inquiries and interactions, ensuring efficient resolution tracking and providing a seamless experience for both members and internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the arenaflex value proposition is clearly identified and effectively communicated with members, including updates on contract changes, industry news, and emerging trends that may impact their operations.
  • Dedicated Account Management: Once tenured in the role, serving as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups, building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact for key accounts.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying current on industry developments, arenaflex product offerings, and best practices in managed care pharmacy support to provide the most accurate and helpful information to our members.
