Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. This full‑time position offers a structured Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (9 AM – 5 PM EST) and the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, accurate information about arenaflex’s flight schedules, policies, loyalty programs, and ancillary services.
