As a Pre‑Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will embark on a fast‑track journey to become a fully licensed insurance agent—all while working remotely from the comfort of your own home. arenaflex offers a comprehensive five‑day paid training program that prepares you for the state insurance exam, covers study materials, and even schedules the exam for you. After you pass, we’ll support you through the licensing process in all 50 states and territories where we operate.

This role blends the excitement of direct customer interaction with the strategic growth path of a licensed insurance professional. You’ll be the “eyes and ears” for our team, handling complex inquiries, providing policy guidance, and delivering solutions that keep our policyholders satisfied and confident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist policyholders with billing inquiries, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
  • Facilitate policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide clear, empathetic recommendations to policyholders, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including underwriting, claims, and sales—to deliver seamless service.
  • Participate actively in paid training sessions, study groups, and mock exams to prepare for the state licensing exam.
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and arenaflex’s evolving service offerings.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, helping to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience.
  • Adhere to all company policies, data security protocols, and compliance guidelines while working remotely.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and basic computer navigation.
  • Logical problem‑solving abilities and a calm, solution‑focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in insurance, finance, or a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet service level agreements.
  • Experience with remote work tools such as video conferencing, collaboration suites, and virtual private networks.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development, especially in the insurance domain.
  • Empathy and cultural sensitivity when interacting with a diverse customer base.
