Position Overview

We are currently hiring motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team.   • Resolve Account-Related Questions: Assist members with navigating their benefits, claims, coverage details, billing inquiries, and general account questions, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues: Recognize urgent or sensitive situations and escalate them through appropriate internal channels to ensure swift resolution and member satisfaction.
  • Document Interactions Accurately: Utilize company systems, CRM tools, and internal resources to record detailed notes on every member interaction, maintaining compliance with documentation standards.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with internal teams including claims, billing, and clinical support to address member needs and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay current on arenaflex products, services, policies, and health insurance industry trends to deliver informed and effective support.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education or an associate degree is strongly preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or member-facing role is required, preferably within the health care, insurance, or benefits industry.
