What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your primary mission is to deliver exceptional customer service through online chat conversations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a Wide Variety of Customer Inquiries: Engage with customers in real time via online chat, answering questions about automotive sales, recreational vehicle features, service options, financing, and general dealership information with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Providing Accurate Product and Service Information: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, helping them understand vehicle specifications, available services, pricing ranges, financing options, and dealership policies.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Narrow down customer availability and preferences to schedule service appointments, test drives, and sales consultations that align with both customer needs and dealership operations.

Training and Schedule Requirements

  • Training Duration: Four weeks of in-depth training to ensure you feel confident handling any customer scenario.
  • Training Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
  • Post-Training Schedule: After completing training, you must be available to work daily five-hour time blocks. This is a part-time position with consistent scheduling.
  • Reliable Attendance: Consistent attendance during training and regular shifts is essential for team success and customer satisfaction.
