Manager, Healthcare Quality Project Manager (individual contributor)

Position Summary As a Manager, Healthcare Quality Project Manager (individual contributor) for Aetna, you'll manage and influence healthcare quality projects and initiatives through design, development, and implementation. These activities enable Aetna to improve healthcare quality products, services, and processes by partnering across business units to meet business needs and accomplish goals.

• This is a remote role and candidates can live anywhere in the U.S.**

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year Project Management experience.
• 5 + years clinical and/or managed care experience in quality management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years NCQA accreditation experience.
• Certified Associate in Project management (CAPM).
• Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ).
• Strong communication skills with external clients, primarily regulatory and accreditation partners, including problem resolution and escalating project risks.
• Independent clinical license or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience with data analysis/manipulation in Excel.

Education

• Associates degree or higher required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $54,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
