This is a fully remote, full‑time role based in the United States, offering a competitive salary range of $35,000–$40,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the Senior Director to design comprehensive customer insight programs, from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s business objectives.
  • Data Collection & Management: Develop and maintain robust processes for gathering social media data, employing best‑practice methodologies to maximize reach, response rates, and data quality.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Transform raw feedback into clear, compelling reports that highlight trends, pain points, and opportunities. Use storytelling techniques to convey the customer narrative to internal stakeholders.
  • Presentation & Influence: Deliver findings and recommendations to audiences ranging from frontline associates to senior executives, employing visual aids and persuasive language to drive action.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure insights are integrated into decision‑making processes.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine research methodologies to keep pace with evolving business needs and emerging social platforms.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in quantitative and qualitative research, preferably within a retail or consumer‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing end‑to‑end research projects, including questionnaire development, sampling, and data collection.
